The Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) tournaments represent Rose Leah Media's longest-running production relationship—spanning multiple years, multiple tournament formats, and progressively increasing responsibility.

This work has covered Under-19, Shield, Super Cup, T20 Cup, T20 Plate, and Under-15 tournaments—demonstrating consistent reliability and the ability to adapt to different competition formats and production requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Video Directing

Live directing for 3-to-5-camera productions, calling shots and managing visual flow for cricket broadcasts.

Replay Operation

Timing-sensitive replay for wickets, line reviews, and action analysis—critical for cricket broadcast quality.

Production Management

Setup oversight, crew coordination, equipment testing, and troubleshooting for smaller productions.

Technical Troubleshooting

On-the-fly problem solving when equipment fails or conditions change—keeping productions running smoothly.

Tournament Coverage

Under-19 and Shield

Youth and Club Cricket

Production support for youth development tournaments and club-level competition, building foundation for higher-level coverage.

Super Cup

Premier Tournament

Full production support for one of Barbados' premier cricket competitions, with increased broadcast requirements.
